The closeup image of this gorgeous watch (which measures  a mere 1.5 inches) from the collection of JP Morgan was the inspiration for this 6 foot culinary display with fresh raspberries, beet cured salmon, and smoked beets with chèvre standing in for the rubies while 15 varieties of cheese and salumi became painted flowers.
